Conclave is the event of the year for scouts across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas! At conclave, we have 9 Lodges and 400+ participants, all taking part in a plethora of activities, competitions, trainings, shows, and more!
For the 2027 conclave, the camp and facilities will be provided by Mikanakawa Lodge at Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp in Athens, TX. We can’t wait so see you there from April 16th – 18th, 2027!

The theme for conclave 2027 will be decided at the in person fall council of chiefs meeting in October.
