Triad is a weekend in January where all section leadership & lodge leadership gather to plan the upcoming conclave and participate in the ACT (Adapt, Collaborate, Thrive) Conference. The event is held at the same camp as conclave in order to better facilitate the planning process.
This weekend includes a lot of large scale event planning and allows for everyone attending to take a role in leading and planning a portion conclave.
The 2026 Triad will held from January 23rd – 25th at George W. Pirtle Scout Reservation. All section leaders were required to attend and lodge leaders were highly encouraged to come as well!
